“We really enjoyed our visit to Prezzo this Friday. Both of our pastas were very tasty with lots of toppings. Also the strawberry lemonade was refreshing, even though it wasn't strawberry)) All the staff were incredibly nice and friendly, even though my husband and I had just ordered a plate of pasta each and the restaurant was quite busy. The food arrived quickly and there was plenty of staff. The manager offered to add us some parmesan and grated it directly into our plates, it was exquisite. Our waitress Erica was absolutely lovely and helpful, including when we used our Taste Card when paying and kindly brought us boxes for our leftovers. This restaurant has definitely become our favourite place and we will definitely be coming here again and again.”

“decent place, my daughter had a kids pizza which was the biggest let down. so dry and tasteless. chicken burger was ok, breadcrumb costing was rather sloppy though. bloke who served us though a proper geeza, very attentive. overall ok experience, could be better.”

“Visited Prezzo for pre cinema meal. We visited at 7pm on a Saturday night so understandably it was quite busy. Initial impression was good. Upon entry we were seen to very quickly and shown to our table. The restaurant is nicely decorated, seating comfortable and it had a nice atmosphere. The menu is varied and should cater for most. The food was well presented/cooked and had nice flavours. The portion size is spot on. For pasta, it comes in a fairly big dish so initial thought is that it is not a very big portion, but being pasta it is filling so as you tuck in, the portion is spot on especially if you have a starter too. Price wise I have found Prezzo to be on the high side for what you get but they always seem to have offers on directly or through affiliations to bring the price down which then make it good value. Currently they have 25% off food usable 7 days a week. The service was very friendly especially the lady that offer the cheese, she interacts with the clients with friendly comments which is a nice touch and makes a big difference with the customer experience. We used our cutlery for starters and the friendly waiter brought out a new set with new napkins for our main. Service wise it is 5 stars. The staff are all friendly and hard working. Prezzo do not automatically add on a service charge so remember to tip. We had a wonderful meal and would definitely visit again. Recommended.”

“Exceptional Service from Chris at Prezzo! I had a fantastic experience at Prezzo, all thanks to Chris! From the moment we arrived, Chris made us feel genuinely welcome with a warm smile and professional, attentive service. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect — from accommodating special requests to recommending the perfect dishes (which were delicious, by the way!). Chris was friendly without being overbearing, incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, and made the whole evening feel special. It’s rare to come across such outstanding hospitality these days, but Chris absolutely nailed it. A true credit to the Prezzo team — we’ll definitely be coming back!”

“Nice atmosphere, great service food was good but it can be better. On my crab & lobster ravioli green salad wasn’t really fresh so I seperated them from pasta and then had it. Calamari and prawns was amazing. Kids menu are fantastic Thank you”
